We will be undergoing a database migration on Sunday, June 14th at 10:00 AM CET. This maintenance window will last for a maximum of 4 hours, until 14:00 PM CET. During this maintenance window, all applications including TravelSpirit Back Office, MediaSpirit and Visual Tour Builder will be unavailable for our users.
We understand this may cause inconvenience to our users. We strive to minimize the downtime as much as possible, but we are performing a database migration to a new Cloud provider and are unable to further reduce the impact this has on you.
We recommend exporting to Excel any data, customer contact details or information you may need over the weekend. We will update this Status Page as the database migration progresses to keep our users informed.
